Funds Not Received After Payment
I paid for my exchange application, but funds are not yet in my account. Why?
Several reasons may cause this. Please verify the following to ensure successful exchange completion:
- Correct Transfer Details: Double-check your input. Errors may cause an “Error” status and email notification. No refunds are possible for incorrect details. Verify details before application.
- Account Debited: Confirm funds were debited from your payment source. No debit means no processing.
- Blockchain Delay: Blockchain delays can occur. Ecex cannot expedite blockchain processing; waiting is necessary.
