Cookies are a piece of data as part of an HTTP request, intended for storage on the User’s device and used by the Operator to authenticate the User, store the User’s personal preferences and settings, track the state of the User’s access session and maintain statistics on Users.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">2.7. Registration address (according to passport\u002Ftemporary registration) and actual residence address;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.9. Login to use the Platform;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.10. Password for using the Platform;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.11. Financial information, including certificates of origin of funds, documents on the use of funds, etc., requested in order to comply with global industry regulatory standards, local regulatory standards, including anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, know your customer (KYC);\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.12. IP address of the device through which the Platform is accessed, information about the operating system, access time, location;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.13. Type and version of browser used;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.14. History of transactions made on the Platform;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.15. Data from cookies;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">4.1.16. Data about the content posted on the Platform, data about activity on the Platform.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-200 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1. Compliance with the requirements of current legislation;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.6. Planning of commercial\u002Fbusiness strategies;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.10. Maintaining product website security;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.11. Modeling, reporting, evaluation, risk monitoring, research of current or new products and identification of potential customers;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.12. Preparation of reporting documents on the basis of which financial transactions are carried out;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.13. Complying with the retention, reporting and disclosure obligations established by competent government authorities under relevant legislation, and ensuring compliance with requests or decisions made by those authorities;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.14. Sending notifications to the competent government authorities for the purpose of investigating, detecting and preventing offenses;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.15. Settlement of current and potential legal disputes and claims;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.16. Ensuring the security of the User account and system security;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.17. Fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the legislation on combating the legalization of proceeds from crime, legislation in the field of preventing corruption, fraud, terrorism and other offenses;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.18. Reporting and providing information about contracts concluded by us with third parties (service providers, agents, credit institutions, etc.);\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.1.19. Development of a marketing strategy, studying consumer demand, posting advertising materials on the Platform and selling marketing materials.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.2. The processing of personal data is limited to the achievement of specific, pre-defined and legitimate purposes. Processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not permitted.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">5.3. When collecting and processing personal data, the Operator ensures recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), and retrieval of the User’s personal data.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.3. In the process of processing personal data, the Operator carries out the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of information and other actions in order to comply with the Terms of Use and provide access to the Platform.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.4. Personal data is stored on electronic media.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.5. Personal data must be stored in such a way as to prevent its loss or misuse. The storage of personal data is carried out in a form that makes it possible to identify the User of personal data, no more than required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period for personal data is established by current legislation or the Terms of Use.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.6. Transmission of received information via the Operator’s internal network (information is available only to strictly defined Operator employees);\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.7.4. Transmission of received information using public information and telecommunication networks;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.7.5. Lack of transmission of received information;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.7.6. Mixed processing of personal data.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.8. The Operator does not make decisions based solely on automated processing of personal data that give rise to legal consequences in relation to the User of personal data or otherwise affect his rights and legitimate interests.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">6.9. Receive information from the Operator about the processing of your personal data within the powers of the Operator and in accordance with the procedure adopted by the Operator;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">7.1.7. Implementation of backup and recovery tools;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">9.1.6. Regular updating of software used in the processing of personal data to ensure the security of the processed data;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">9.1.7. Introduction of encryption when transmitting personal data on the Internet;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">9.1.8. Taking measures related to the admission of only appropriate persons to the installation sites of technical equipment;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">9.1.9.
