How Can I Check My Application Status?
When you submit an exchange application through Ecex, you can easily monitor its progress and status at any time. We provide three convenient methods for you to track your application:

Via Your Account (Registered Users): If you are a registered Ecex user, the most direct method is to log in to our website and navigate to your “Personal Account”. Once there, select the “Exchange History” section. This area will display a comprehensive overview of all your past and current exchange requests. You’ll find key details such as your request number, the exact date and time of initiation, and, most importantly, the current status of your application. Look for the status indicator; if it reads “Executed,” this confirms that your exchange has been successfully processed and the funds have been dispatched to the recipient details you provided.

Directly on the Website (All Users): Even without registration, all users can access real-time status updates for their ongoing exchange request while conducting the exchange process directly on the Ecex website. As the application progresses, the status will be displayed on the page. If the information appears to be outdated or not updating, you can simply refresh the webpage by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard. This will ensure you are viewing the most current status information.

Automatic Email Notifications (Registered Users): For registered Ecex users, our system automatically sends email notifications regarding the status of your applications to your registered email address. Therefore, if you are unable to access your personal account on the website for any reason, you can always conveniently find up-to-date information about your application status directly in your email inbox.
