2.5 USERS AGREE TO RELEASE ECEX FROM LIABILITY FOR TRANSACTION ERRORS, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED BY INCORRECT USER INPUT OR SYSTEM ISSUES.

2.6 We do not provide custodial services. Transaction delays due to compliance or technical reasons are acknowledged as part of the process.

2.7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures may apply to ensure regulatory compliance. Users may need to submit documentation verifying identity and source of funds. Compliance checks may involve third-party services operating under our supervision.

2.8 We reserve the right to suspend or decline transactions deemed non-compliant with applicable regulations.
